Superb 2012 festival performance from Lana Del Rey!

In 2011 Lana Del Rey began uploading self-made music videos for her songs Video Games and Blue Jeans to YouTube, featuring vintage footage interspersed with shots of her singing on her webcam. The Video Games video became a viral internet sensation, which led to Del Rey being signed by Stranger Records to release the song as her debut single. In the same year, she signed a joint deal with Interscope Records and Polydor to release her second studio album ‘Born to Die’.

Lanas Born to Die Tour began on November 4, 2011. The tour visited cities in thirteen countries across three continents. By June 2012, the tour was playing across Europe, following which it moved onto Australia, where the band played six dates one in Adelaide, two in Melbourne, two in Sydney and a final show at Belongil Fields, in Byron Bay, on 28th July.
